LIVE REVIEW: THE FRONT BOTTOMS @ O2 ACADEMY BRISTOL – 27.02.18

For a band that creates music destined to be played when rolling down the windows and road tripping to the beach, the measly (but typical) British attempt at snow and its cold biting weather on the faces queueing for The Front Bottoms tonight is ill-fitting. With queues round the corner and a black sea of miscellaneous band-related t shirts, the atmosphere for tonight’s show was a community experience that was displayed throughout the crowd, from long before the beginnings of the show right into the final seconds. The clientele that is pulled to a Sumerian Alliance show is one dotted with occasional arrogance, slight knobbery and ignorance towards personal space, … Continue reading REVIEW: SUMERIAN ALLIANCE TOUR @ 02 ISLINGTON ACADEMY LONDON – 15.09.16

LIVE REVIEW: BETTER THAN NEVER @ O2 ACADEMY OXFORD – 13.08.16

Local shows have always been something I love being a part of. Tonight was one of those occasions where I have the honour of catching some rad bands along with seeing one of my main local bands perform their first headline show at the O2.   First to grace the stage were hard rock four piece, Silk Road. It’s been a while since I’ve had the pleasure … Continue reading LIVE REVIEW: BETTER THAN NEVER @ O2 ACADEMY OXFORD – 13.08.16
