EMP!RE SIGN TO SILENT CULT & RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘MY PARTY, MY RULES’

UK rockers EMP!RE have revealed the video for their brand new single ‘My Party, My Rules’, the first music to be released since signing to Silent Cult.

“‘My Party, My Rules’ is about realising that you thought you knew what the deal was, but actually you didn’t know and your assumptions were wrong,” explains vocalist Joe Green. “And now, this is it. Nothing you can say will change it, nothing you can do will change it, you have to just accept it.  Its up to the listener as to how they want to perceive that, but this can be a positive or negative, dependent on where you find yourself and how you manage in that moment.”

Of signing to Silent Cult the band comment:

We are so happy to be working with Silent Cult, where we have the opportunity to work with like minded people who share our ideals on music and what it should mean. Signing a deal for our debut album was very important, but more importantly, it was about finding a label who shared our vision and ideas and worked with us to create something which we are all proud of. We are really happy that we can take our next steps as a band with them.”

EMP!RE have also announced a run of UK headline shows, with support from KidBrother.
