A Day To Remember have released ‘Bullfight’, the latest track off their upcoming album, BAD VIBRATIONS .
‘Bullfight’ follows the release of the album’s title track, ‘Bad Vibrations’ and lead track ‘Paranoia‘, the latter of which premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio Show and has gone on to amass more than 6.6 million Spotify streams and 5 million YouTube views, while shooting to No. 7 on the rock chart. You can get all three of these tracks as instant downloads when you pre-order BAD VIBRATIONS on iTunes. Pre-order bundles are also available on the band’s official site or here.
Now set for a September 2nd release on the band’s own ADTR Records and distributed by Epitaph, BAD VIBRATIONS was produced by Bill Stevenson (Descendents, Black Flag) and Jason Livermore (Rise Against, NOFX) and mixed by Grammy winner Andy Wallace (Foo Fighters, Slayer). The album is the band’s first in three years, following 2013’s Common Courtesy.
Recorded at Stevenson’s Fort Collins-based Blasting Room Studios, BAD VIBRATIONS sees A Day To Remember sacrificing trendy digitally driven production to focus on live recording. “These days it seems like a lot of heavy sounding music is heading more and more in a digital direction,” says McKinnon (vocals). “That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but we wanted to go the opposite way and make something that’s aggressive but has more of a natural flow and feel to it.”
The band are currently on the road in the US with Blink-182 for a summer tour of arenas and sheds that kicked off last week California. In in January and February 2017 they head to Europe and for a string of headline shows.
